The Consumer Protection Team is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Senior Manager to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints. This role involves close collaboration with Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify and address customer insights and pain points, develop solutions, and optimize product and service quality.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Director of the Consumer Protection Team to set and execute strategic goals, identifying critical customer issues through analytical assessment, and working with Product Managers and other functional leads to prioritize customer experience initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with Analytics and Data Science teams to test new hypotheses and build long-term infrastructure, managing a diverse portfolio of projects, and communicating progress through executive-level reports.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, or similar roles, preferably within a high-growth tech or fintech company. Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in data tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Sigma is preferred, and SQL knowledge is advantageous but not required.

The compensation for this role varies based on location. For candidates in Tier 1 markets such as New York City and San Francisco, the on-target earnings range from $184,000 to $230,000 annually. For other U.S. locations, compensation is adjusted according to local market conditions.
