CoreWeave is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, SOX – Business Process to design, implement, and maintain an effective internal control environment over financial reporting (ICFR). This individual will be a key leader in our SOX function, working cross-functionally with process owners across Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. The role will report directly to the Senior Director of SOX.

The Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s SOX program for business process controls. Responsibilities include collaborating with business process owners to design, implement, and maintain effective and efficient controls, providing guidance on best practices for process improvements and automation, and working closely with co-source service providers to ensure timely completion of the SOX program. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and managing the annual SOX risk assessment, control scoping, and testing strategy, driving remediation efforts for identified control deficiencies, and reporting findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with CPA, CIA, or CISA certifications strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years of SOX compliance experience is required, preferably in both Big 4 and in-house internal audit/SOX leadership roles. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SOX compliance programs, ideally in a pre-IPO and/or newly public high-growth technology company environment, is essential. A deep understanding of COSO, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP, along with strong project management skills and the ability to drive accountability in a cross-functional environment, are also necessary. Experience working with Workiva is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
