Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture
CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a regional team of experts specializing in Kubernetes, High-Performance Computing (HPC), security, networking, and storage. This role is integral to designing and delivering advanced environments that support the most demanding workloads. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Customer Experience and involves close collaboration with leaders across Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and leading a high-performing Solutions Architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The role involves defining and executing the regional technical go-to-market strategy, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to position CoreWeave as a market leader. Additionally, the Senior Manager will act as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, guiding them from initial concept through large-scale architectures, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 8 years in solutions architecture, infrastructure engineering, or cloud services is required, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale environments spanning cloud-native technologies is essential. Familiarity with GPU-based computing and distributed workloads is highly desirable.
The base salary range for this role is £116,000 to £155,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
