Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Risk, Fraud and Disputes

As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering within Marqeta's Risk, Fraud, and Disputes team, you will lead the design, development, and execution of issuer-side dispute systems across various card networks and payment rails. Your role involves building and operating systems that manage cardholder disputes, chargeback lifecycles, network rules, evidence workflows, and regulatory timelines. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in disputes and chargebacks, an AI-first approach, and the ability to engage directly with enterprise customers and networks to resolve complex dispute scenarios.
