The Senior Manager, Programmatic role is part of the Performance.Monks Programmatic & Media team. This team develops and executes direct buys with online publishers and manages programmatic media buying across various ad mediums, including CTV, display, and video. The Senior Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, collaborating within an integrated team to ensure flawless delivery of media plans in line with client processes and standards. This position offers the opportunity to join Performance.Monks' fastest-growing team at an early stage.

Key responsibilities include setting up and launching programmatic media campaigns across multiple DSPs, handling ad trafficking in DCM, and guiding floodlight and tracking setup for new advertisers. The role involves monitoring in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results, both during and post-campaign. Additionally, the Senior Manager will troubleshoot trafficking issues related to creative and publisher implementation, create reports with data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns toward client KPIs, and present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and client teams. Providing subject matter expertise on executing programmatic media campaigns across different platforms is also essential.

Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in programmatic media buying, preferably agency-side. Experience with at least one of the following DSPs is required: DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP. The role demands experience presenting programmatic and direct media performance and strategy in client-facing scenarios, as well as managing publisher, media vendor, and data vendor partnerships directly. A passion for analyzing data and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets are important, along with technical skills including HTML, JavaScript, and Flash.
