Senior Manager, Programmatic

The Senior Manager, Programmatic role is part of the Performance.Monks Programmatic & Media team. This team develops and executes direct buys with online publishers and manages programmatic media buying across various ad mediums, including CTV, display, and video. The Senior Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring media plans are delivered flawlessly in line with customer processes and standards.

Key responsibilities include setting up and launching programmatic media campaigns across multiple DSPs, handling ad trafficking in DCM, and guiding floodlight and tracking setup for new advertisers. The role also involves monitoring in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results, as well as troubleshooting trafficking issues related to creative and publisher implementation. Additionally, the Senior Manager will create reports, provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns toward client KPIs, and present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and client teams.

Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in programmatic media buying, preferably agency-side. Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP is required. The role also demands experience presenting programmatic and direct media performance and strategy in client-facing scenarios, managing publisher and media vendor partnerships directly, and possessing technical skills including HTML, JavaScript, and Flash.
