Senior Manager, Professional Services
The Senior Manager, Professional Services at Euna Solutions is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, staffing, and execution of engagements related to Euna's product solutions. This position collaborates closely with the Sales team and Implementation Managers to develop, estimate, scope, plan, and staff new business engagements, while effectively managing multiple active projects. The primary objective is to meet and surpass the company's expectations, driving rapid and sustainable growth and exceeding customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include leading all facets of project management, defining strict project and activity ownership as outlined in the contractual statement of work, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry contacts. The role also involves creating comprehensive project estimates, plans, and drafting written proposal responses and contracts. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the project team during all project phases, preparing and delivering status reports, utilizing financial and monthly forecasting tools to monitor and control costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in Project Management, with previous leadership experience, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical field. An advanced understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices is essential. The role requires the ability to understand financial reports and apply this knowledge in managing assigned projects, resolve scope of work and contractual issues, price proposals, and negotiate change orders. Strong leadership, listening, verbal, and written communication skills are also necessary.
While not mandatory, a PMP Certification is considered a plus. The position is full-time and based in Atlanta, GA.
