Senior Manager, Operations Accounting Data Center Infrastructure
The Senior Manager, Operations Accounting Data Center Infrastructure at CoreWeave will lead the accounting operations for the company's global data centers, ensuring financial governance and process improvement in a rapidly evolving AI technology environment. This role is integral to CoreWeave's mission of delivering cutting-edge AI cloud services, providing enterprises and leading AI labs with performant, efficient, and resilient solutions for accelerated computing.
Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating various operational accounting and reporting activities associated with global data centers, maintaining ownership of SOX key controls, facilitating audits, and driving process improvements to enhance the internal control environment. The role also involves developing and tracking performance metrics, driving standardization and continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles, with strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and external reporting requirements. A CPA and/or public accounting background is preferred. The candidate should possess the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders, and be comfortable with large data sets and finding ways to simplify information.
The base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $198,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
