Senior Manager, Museum Partnerships - DACH
FeverUp is seeking a Senior Manager for Museum Partnerships in the DACH region to lead the development and execution of growth strategies within the museum vertical. This role involves creating and nurturing relationships with major museums, cultural institutions, and key stakeholders in the heritage and arts sectors to enhance FeverUp's presence and impact in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to scale FeverUp's operations in the museum sector. Key responsibilities include managing commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation, balancing and expanding a diverse client base, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth both within Germany and internationally. Staying informed about emerging trends and new exhibitions in the cultural and museum landscape is also essential.
Applicants should have over five years of professional experience in the museums, cultural institutions, attractions, or live entertainment industries, particularly in roles related to commercial partnerships, ticketing strategy, or business development. A proven track record in managing high-value relationships with cultural organizations is crucial. Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, revenue optimization, and large-scale attraction management is highly valued. Strong sales and partnership development skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English (C2 level) are required.
