Key responsibilities include creating and nurturing deep business relationships with prominent museums, cultural institutions, and key stakeholders in the heritage and arts sector. The role involves developing and executing a growth strategy to scale Fever's presence in the museum vertical within the region. Managing commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation is essential. The candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth across Germany and internationally. Staying informed about new and trending exhibitions and experiences is crucial.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of professional experience in the museums, cultural institutions, attractions, or live entertainment industry, particularly in commercial, partnerships, ticketing strategy, or business development roles. A proven track record in managing high-value relationships with cultural organizations is required. Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, revenue optimization, or large-scale attraction management is highly valued. Strong sales and partnership development skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and outstanding communication abilities in both German and English (C2 level) are essential. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.
