Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance Technology
Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the transformation of Legal, Compliance, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) operations through modern, scalable, and risk-driven technology solutions. This role involves defining and executing strategies that enhance the company's management of legal operations, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and EHS initiatives. The position offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the United States, with travel as part of the responsibilities.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for owning the technology portfolio for Legal, Compliance, and EHS, driving platform strategy, integrations, data enablement, and service delivery transformation. Key responsibilities include defining and driving the end-to-end technology strategy for these domains, leading platform selection and implementation, and establishing data governance and analytics strategies to provide real-time visibility into risk and compliance performance.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or digital transformation roles within Legal, Compliance, Risk, or EHS domains is required. Essential skills include strategic product leadership, a strong understanding of regulatory and governance considerations, proficiency in systems and data integration, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed enterprise.
The compensation range for this position is $150,900 to $325,900 annually, with placement within this range varying based on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
