Senior Manager, Fintech Payments Operations
The Senior Manager of Fintech Payments Operations at Zenoti will oversee and enhance the company's payment processing functions. The role involves collaborating with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions to optimize payment workflows and establish strong relationships. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to payments is essential. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment processes and driving initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce failures, and enhance customer experience are also part of the daily tasks.
The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in payments operations, payment processing, or financial services. Strong expertise in payment gateways, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH, wire transfers, and digital wallets is necessary. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, and KYC is also required. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to lead and manage large teams with strong leadership, team management, and communication skills is essential.
