Senior Manager, Enterprise & Strategic Support
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Support at Checkr, you will lead the support experience for our enterprise customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and developing scalable support programs that set us apart in the industry. Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, you will manage enterprise escalations, implement white-glove support initiatives, and guarantee that our largest clients receive top-tier service that fosters retention and growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to translate enterprise customer needs into actionable support strategies. You will build and lead a team of enterprise support specialists who act as trusted advisors to our most strategic accounts, handling complex technical inquiries, managing escalations with urgency and expertise, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the enterprise customer experience.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in customer support leadership roles, with at least three years focused on enterprise B2B customers. You should have direct management experience leading teams of 10-20+ support professionals in high-growth environments, a deep understanding of enterprise customer expectations, and a proven track record in managing high-stakes customer escalations and executive-level communications. Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with complex, technical products is required, while experience in HR tech, compliance, or background screening industries is preferred.
Compensation for this role varies by location. In Denver, CO, the base salary ranges from $141,000 to $176,000 USD, while in Nashville, TN, it ranges from $128,000 to $160,000 USD.
