The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six years of experience, preferably within a people-focused team or consulting firm, with prior involvement in change management. A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or psychology is advantageous. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical abilities in both qualitative and quantitative aspects, and excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at the director level and above. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are also required.
