Senior Manager Data & Analytics
The Senior Manager Data & Analytics at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Insights & Analytics team, reporting directly to the Director of Insights & Analytics. This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance media performance for a diverse portfolio of clients. WPP Media, as part of WPP, is a global leader in media investment, responsible for one in every three advertisements worldwide.
Key responsibilities include managing and planning all reporting in alignment with project goals, assessing project statuses and risks, and providing solutions to the Director of Insights & Analytics. The role also involves overseeing and guiding team members, ensuring the accuracy of data audits and processes, identifying and interpreting media trends, designing and developing client reporting dashboards, and delivering day-to-day solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and have the ability to analyze data to develop clear and concise insights that address business objectives. Experience in designing questionnaires, conducting research studies, and handling consumer insights tools is essential. Proficiency in using Kantar Ratings Software is also required. Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially in cross-disciplinary efforts, and a proven ability to take initiative, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple streams of work are crucial for success in this role.
