Senior Litigation Counsel
Block is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join its legal team, focusing on managing complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. The Senior Litigation Counsel will lead significant litigation and regulatory enforcement cases from inception to resolution. The role encompasses handling disputes in areas such as class actions, commercial litigation, privacy, and consumer protection.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership, with a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department. Expertise in managing complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters is essential, particularly in areas like class actions, commercial disputes, privacy, and financial regulatory issues. Strong judgment, exceptional collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities are required.
