Senior Lifecycle Specialist

As a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies and communication plans, focusing on email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will continuously refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Additionally, you will support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touchpoints, as well as key client segments for improved targeting and program effectiveness. Ensuring that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed will be a key part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid are essential. Strong HTML skills and good copywriting abilities are required. You should be commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven, with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and fluency in English are also necessary.
