Senior Level - SharePoint Online (SPO) / MS Power Platform Developer

SoHo Dragon is seeking a Senior SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with a large federal agency client to enhance and automate their Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications. The position is fully remote, requiring U.S. citizenship and residency within the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Key tasks include creating dashboards and reports in PowerApps and Power BI, developing Canvas Apps, and designing Power Automate workflows. Additionally, the role involves reviewing existing SPO sites and Power Platform applications to recommend and implement enhancements.

Applicants must have a minimum of eight years of experience in developing SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Power Platform applications. Proficiency in translating requirements into technical solutions, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to multitask effectively and work both independently and collaboratively is also required.
