Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will be a key member of NiCE's Americas Legal team, focusing on high-value commercial and technology transactions central to the company's customer experience business. This role involves negotiating and structuring complex technology, SaaS, and strategic partnership agreements to support the growth of NiCE's CXone Mpower platform. The position requires collaboration with sales, product, finance, security, and privacy teams to address issues at the intersection of cloud technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have significant experience in commercial and technology transactions, particularly in SaaS and cloud services. A strong understanding of U.S. and international laws related to data protection, cybersecurity, and commercial contracting is essential. The role demands excellent negotiation skills, the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing legal playbooks, templates, and contracting processes to enhance operational efficiency is also valuable.
