In this role, the Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice in various areas, including corporate and capital markets law for a publicly listed company, support for the Annual General Meeting of Continental AG, corporate governance, compliance with capital market regulations, and guidance on corporate matters and internal policies. The position also involves advising on co-determination law and supporting co-determined supervisory boards.
Candidates should have a completed law degree in Germany (2nd state examination) and initial professional experience focusing on corporate law in an international law firm or company. Fluency in German and English is required, along with a strong economic understanding, independent working style, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new legal areas.
