Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will serve as a key member of the Group Legal function at Culina Group, a leading UK third-party food and drinks logistics provider. This role involves delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal support to the General Counsel and the broader group of companies operating across sectors such as logistics, transport, warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing a diverse workload encompassing contracts, regulatory compliance, disputes, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic projects. The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a trusted advisor, safeguarding the organization's legal interests while facilitating growth, operational efficiency, and commercial innovation in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background and 6–10+ years of post-qualification experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment. Experience in industries such as logistics, transport, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or infrastructure is preferred. Essential skills include expertise in commercial contracts, knowledge of UK logistics and transport regulatory frameworks, health and safety compliance, data protection, information governance, and dispute resolution.
