Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Governance & Compliance

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will own corporate governance and compliance topics across the Group, support M&A and corporate structuring, and help the business navigate complex EU regulatory areas (e-commerce, data protection, IP/IT, corporate finance) with practical, business-friendly solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the go-to legal expert for corporate governance and corporate law topics, with broad exposure to group-wide projects and strategic work.

- Own and manage corporate governance agenda: board materials, governance filings, corporate records, internal governance frameworks

- Provide legal support on M&A, corporate finance and investor/shareholder matters (including shareholder agreements and related documentation)

- Support intragroup structuring and corporate matters across affiliates and subsidiaries

- Advise on EU regulatory topics relevant to Rohlik’s model (e-commerce regulation, data protection, IP/IT, commercial law)

- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts when needed

- Manage legal projects end-to-end: align stakeholders, set timelines, drive execution, coordinate external counsel...
