Senior Legal Counsel –Client Engagements (Italian Language) - Maternity cover
AlixPartners is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for Client Engagements with proficiency in Italian to provide maternity cover in their London office. This role is integral to the Legal team, offering comprehensive legal support across the firm's global operations, particularly focusing on Italian-speaking client engagements. The position requires a strong command of Italian and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, and master service agreements. They will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external professionals to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals. Additionally, the role involves assisting with compliance and risk management matters, managing litigation, and supporting internal teams with employment-related issues.
Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential, with additional language skills considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
