Senior Legal Counsel - Antitrust and Trade Law

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Antitrust and Trade Law team, which manages competition and trade law matters across over 70 jurisdictions. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance to support the company's global operations and growth initiatives.

The Senior Legal Counsel will oversee and advise on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, antitrust investigations, and commercial agreements. Responsibilities include assessing and managing risks in M&A transactions, leading antitrust investigations, guiding local legal teams on compliance matters, advising on international trade law, and developing training sessions for stakeholders worldwide.

Candidates should have over six years of post-qualification experience in competition and trade law, preferably with exposure to tech companies or platform businesses. Expertise in EU competition law, familiarity with global antitrust regimes, and knowledge of foreign direct investment regulations and export control laws are essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with full proficiency in English, are required.
