In this position, the Contracts Specialist is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and administering a wide array of commercial agreements, including sales and procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements, joint development agreements, and intellectual property licenses. The role involves managing the contract lifecycle, serving as the system administrator for the contract management system, and generating reports for legal leadership. Additionally, the specialist will update and manage content on the Legal Department’s SharePoint and Intranet pages, assist with internal audits, and provide training on legal processes and contracting tools.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate with 5-10 years of experience as a contracts or transactional paralegal. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook is essential, along with experience using contract management software. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with professionalism and sound judgment is crucial.
