Senior Lawyer
BibliU is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. As a rapidly growing education technology company, we provide Day 1 access to affordable course materials, partnering with over 3,000 educational publishers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of making learning more equitable and effective.
The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for managing a variety of legal matters, including contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks will involve drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on regulatory issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or education sectors, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
