Senior Key Account Manager
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with existing customers, overseeing a portfolio of accounts within the country. The role involves achieving sales targets by proactively targeting new customers and coordinating the implementation of new accounts to ensure business objectives are met. The successful candidate will align and execute strategies for each customer, provide excellent customer service by generating solutions and added value, gather market intelligence, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective commercial growth strategies and processes.
Key responsibilities include developing relationships with existing customers, managing a portfolio of accounts, achieving sales targets by targeting new customers, aligning and executing strategies for each customer, providing excellent customer service, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to the development and implementation of commercial growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or Business Process Design, with a specialization in Life Sciences being a strong advantage. A minimum of 6 years of consistent full-cycle sales experience is required, preferably with commercial exposure related to Life Sciences or laboratory-related products and services. Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a result-driven and service-oriented mindset. The candidate should have a track record of successful negotiations in complex business settings, the ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines, and strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and previous exposure to a CRM-type system are also required. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
