Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of backend systems for our centralized exchange (CEX). This role is integral to our core business operations, requiring a professional who is fluent in Mandarin and possesses extensive experience in Java development within the context of centralized exchanges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, large-scale distributed systems, particularly those related to future payment infrastructures. Key duties include contributing to solution design, conducting technical reviews, performing quality assessments, and identifying issues during system iterations to enhance team efficiency and development quality. Additionally, the role involves leading research and resolution of critical technical challenges to ensure the stability of core systems.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and have over eight years of hands-on Java development experience. Essential qualifications include expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Cloud Alibaba and MyBatis, proficiency in Redis and at least one message queue technology like RabbitMQ or RocketMQ, and familiarity with middleware tools such as SkyWalking and CAT. Experience in developing and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation systems is also required. Prior experience in centralized exchanges (CEX) is mandatory.
