Senior IT Recruiter
BrainRocket is seeking a dedicated Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing strategic recruiting activities, actively sourcing candidates through various channels, and developing diverse talent pools. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers will be essential to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the entire recruitment cycle. Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Behance for candidate research is crucial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and the ability to multitask effectively are also required. Experience in closing technical, management, and design vacancies, along with an advanced level of English, is essential.
