The Senior IT Compliance Analyst is a pivotal member of IT Compliance program, tasked with leading compliance initiatives that align with the company's organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include leading SOX, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements. The analyst will spearhead cross-functional business and governance projects, define and implement IT processes, and lead compliance audits. Utilizing AI-enabled tools, the role involves supporting compliance assessments, audit preparation, documentation analysis, and ongoing monitoring of controls. Collaboration with various departments is essential to ensure effective communication and understanding of IT compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong academic performance. Advanced technical writing skills and a thorough understanding of compliance mandates such as SOX ITGCs, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53 are required. Experience with AI-enabled tools for compliance and risk management, as well as leading SOC 2 Type 2 attestations and ISO 27001 certifications, is essential. Proficiency in GRC and compliance management tools like ServiceNow GRC, Drata, Vanta, or OneTrust is also necessary. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
