Senior Integrated Management System Engineer
The Senior Integrated Management System Engineer at Graphcore will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing management systems that enhance quality, resilience, and production readiness across the company. This position is integral to shaping Graphcore's approach to practical, scalable management systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301. The role involves close collaboration with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, engineering, operations, and process owners to integrate these standards into effective workflows.
Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of the Integrated Management System internal audit programme, which encompasses audit planning, execution, reporting findings, agreeing on corrective actions with process owners, and monitoring actions through to effective closure. The role requires translating complex standards into practical operating models, designing or improving management system processes, and working within complex product development environments. Structured problem-solving skills, such as A3, 5 Whys, or Ishikawa, are essential for success in this position.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles within engineering or technology-led organisations and hold a lead auditor qualification in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, or ISO 9001. Experience in designing or improving management system processes and the ability to translate standards into practical operating models are crucial. Experience working in complex product development environments and structured problem-solving skills are also required.
