Senior Insight Analyst
The Senior Insight Analyst at BrainRocket plays a pivotal role within the analytics team, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. This position is based on-site in Belgrade, Serbia, and requires a proactive, results-driven individual to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques for predictive analyses, and developing models to support strategic business decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Design, and VIP departments, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Additionally, the Senior Insight Analyst is expected to mentor junior analysts and conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in SQL and either R or Python. A strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques is essential, along with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in presenting data findings and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
