This position is for a (Senior) Inside Sales professional based in Munich with Doctolib, a leading European digital healthcare company focused on transforming the medical sector through technology. As part of Doctolib’s dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach in the German healthcare market by engaging with potential clients and demonstrating the value of Doctolib’s innovative solutions. Your main responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage new prospects, manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, and ensure a smooth onboarding for new users. You will leverage various modern sales tools, perform product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, and closely follow up on leads. Achieving and exceeding targets through consultative selling and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key parts of your day-to-day routine.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience in SaaS or digital services. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with fluency in German and proficiency in English. Experience in healthcare or a keen interest in digital health solutions will be considered an advantage, as will the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
