Senior Implementation Consultant

Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team, focusing on guiding mid-market and enterprise clients through the successful implementation and launch of our platform. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless transition for clients, enabling them to leverage Greenhouse's capabilities effectively. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Timezones.

In this role, you will lead clients through the implementation process, ensuring they adhere to optimal timelines and achieve timely value realization. Your responsibilities will include system design, product training, configuration, and developing organizational rollout strategies. You will also advocate for client needs and product requests to Greenhouse's internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition post-implementation.

Candidates should have customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders, with at least 2 years of experience working with enterprise customers (1,000+ employees). A background in delivering complex software implementations or technical projects is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with various customer personas at leadership levels is crucial.

The national pay range for this role is $79,300 - $97,200. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
