Senior IAM Engineer
Komodo Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join our team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be instrumental in securing our systems and data, focusing on integrating and orchestrating our AI and data infrastructures with our business logic, particularly within the revenue automation pipeline. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge IAM technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the development of our IAM strategy.
As a Senior IAM Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and maintaining automated onboarding, offboarding, and departmental transfer processes across platforms such as WorkDay, Okta, and Google Workspace. You will build and optimize complex, multi-step automation flows, manage our iPaaS environment, and develop resilient, scalable integrations that ensure strict IAM governance. Additionally, you will implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models, manage SSO and MFA configurations, and ensure compliance with standards like SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR through regular access reviews and audit logging.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Ruby for automating tasks and handling large-scale data operations. An automation mindset is essential, with a proven ability to build event-driven flows and utilize integration platforms effectively. Experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, and securing data infrastructures is highly desirable. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and optimize business processes.
