Senior HRBP

Monks is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our São Paulo headquarters, a hub of creativity and innovation. As we continue to expand and secure new accounts, we aim to enhance our productivity through smarter work practices. This role is pivotal in leveraging technology to streamline operations, enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional creative work.

The Senior HRBP will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI tools to simplify HR processes and daily workflows, thereby reducing friction and saving time across the organization. Utilizing data and key performance indicators, the role will provide insights that empower leaders to make informed, swift decisions. Additionally, the HRBP will enhance employee engagement and career development by leveraging technology to promote a balanced and dynamic work culture. Operating with autonomy, the individual will have the freedom to conceive and drive new initiatives within a flat, informal environment that prioritizes results over rigid structures.
