Key responsibilities include strategizing with managers on talent needs, employee relations, rewards, and morale. The role involves tracking people data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, and compensation, partnering with compensation and benefits teams to administer and evaluate rewards programs, and providing guidance on organizational design through re-organizations, management changes, and data reporting. Additionally, the position requires offering critical feedback to managers to foster leadership growth and understanding their organizations to influence recommendations effectively.
Candidates should have over six years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner, with exposure to various HR disciplines. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in the tech industry supporting technical teams, is highly desired. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, outstanding interpersonal and influencing abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role also requires demonstrated ability to partner with team members outside of the U.S. on global issues.
