Senior HR Business Partner - US
Interface AI is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary People Partner for U.S. business leaders. This high-impact individual contributor role involves strategic judgment and operational depth to navigate complexity, uphold governance standards, and evolve people practices alongside the business.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders on organizational design, team structure, and workforce strategy; managing employee relations across multiple states; conducting workplace investigations; providing guidance in high-stakes situations; strengthening performance and talent processes; ensuring disciplined onboarding and transitions; building scalable systems; and maintaining compliance with U.S. employment regulations.
The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, including involvement in organizations that have scaled from early-stage to multi-hundred employees. Deep familiarity with U.S. multi-state employment law, strong experience in managing complex employee relations independently, and the ability to operate in environments requiring clarity creation are essential. Confidence in advising senior leaders, composure under pressure, structured thinking, disciplined execution, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are also required.
Compensation includes a base salary of $160,000 to $185,000, a performance bonus of 10-15%, and a meaningful equity grant aligned with the senior individual contributor scope. Compensation reflects experience in scaling environments and demonstrated impact.
