The Role
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic people partner for key business units across the globe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role — you'll work directly with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and people programs that scale. You'll report directly to the Director of Human Resources Operations and be a core contributor to Teramind's people function as we continue to grow.
This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, can hold their own in a room with senior leaders, and knows how to balance strategy with execution.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and senior leaders across the globe
Translate business objectives into people strategies — workforce planning, org design, succession, and team effectiveness
Advise and coach managers and directors on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health
Bring data and analytics to every conversation — use workforce insights to identify trends and drive informed decisions
Talent & Performance
Partner with leaders to drive performance management cycles — goal-setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning
Identify and address capability gaps; build development plans in partnership with managers
Support workforce planning and headcount modeling in collaboration with Finance and executive leadership
