Candidates for this role should bring at least 7 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in the travel, property, or e-commerce sectors, with at least 3 years in a people management capacity. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with analytical abilities and fluency in both English and Japanese. A proven track record in sales, negotiation, and achieving results, as well as comfort working in a matrix international organization, are key criteria for success in this position.
