Senior GTM Recruiter

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts for its customer-facing teams, including Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the talent acquisition strategy and building the teams that drive Peregrine's growth in the public safety and enterprise sectors.

The Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to assessment and closing, for senior, revenue-critical roles. This includes developing proactive search strategies, engaging top passive talent, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to provide market insights, refine hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidates should have over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on senior GTM or G&A roles within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to advise senior leaders in fast-paced environments. A commitment to structured interviewing and maintaining high evaluation standards is essential.
