Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to provide market insights, refine hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidates should have over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on senior GTM or G&A roles within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to advise senior leaders in fast-paced environments. A commitment to structured interviewing and maintaining high evaluation standards is essential.
