Senior GTM Recruiter

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead high-impact hiring across its customer-facing organizations, including Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering directly with GTM leadership, and contributing to the company's growth by building a robust talent engine.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for senior, revenue-critical GTM roles, serving as a strategic talent advisor to GTM leadership, designing and executing proactive search strategies, personally driving pipeline generation, delivering a high-touch candidate experience, leading cross-functional recruiting initiatives, tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics, and upholding Peregrine's standards for excellence in hiring practices.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on senior GTM or G&A roles. Experience in recruiting for GTM positions within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies is essential. The candidate should be adept at both strategic partnership and hands-on execution, comfortable advising senior leaders, possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, have strong project management skills, and be highly organized and candidate-focused. A willingness to work from the New York City office four times per week is required.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $190,000 annually, with additional benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
