Senior GTM Recruiter
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts across its customer-facing teams, including Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent in these critical areas. The position is based in Washington, D.C., with an expectation of working from the office four days per week.
The Senior GTM Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior, revenue-generating roles. Key duties include sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates, providing strategic talent advisory to leadership, and designing proactive search strategies to build robust talent pipelines. Additionally, the recruiter will enhance hiring processes, ensure a superior candidate experience, and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on senior GTM or General and Administrative roles. Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and the ability to advise senior leaders in dynamic environments. A commitment to working from the Washington, D.C. office four days per week is required.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $190,000, complemented by benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
