The position reports to the Director of Marketing Automation & Technology and is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

In this role, the Senior GTM Engineer will design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows that facilitate data enrichment, automated outreach, lifecycle stage progression, and field intelligence. The role also demands experience in building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect systems and extend GTM tooling capabilities.

The compensation for this role is structured to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. For U.S. candidates, the base salary ranges from $143,000 to $195,000, depending on the geographic zone, with additional eligibility for Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, flexible vacation, paid holidays, a sabbatical program, mental health resources, a 401(k) with a 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year), monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses, and eligibility for the annual WIN bonus program.
