Intercom is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager, Operations to join our rapidly evolving Global Sales Organization. This role is pivotal in bridging our sales team with cross-functional partners such as Revenue Operations, Monetization, Legal, and Systems, ensuring seamless execution of policies, tools, and procedures. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in owning the GTM Enablement tech stack, leading strategic projects, and operationalizing processes to effectively scale our sales organization.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the GTM tech stack to maximize value for sales representatives, leading high-impact cross-functional projects to enhance productivity and streamline processes, and acting as the primary enablement interface for key partners. Additionally, the role involves identifying and addressing bottlenecks in GTM processes, designing and implementing efficient workflows, collaborating with Revenue Operations to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, and developing sustainable processes for creating and updating critical content for GTM teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in GTM Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within high-growth SaaS organizations. They should demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, possess a strong analytical mindset for diagnosing problems and designing solutions, and have deep knowledge of sales processes and GTM motions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, are essential.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $150,000 - $188,000, with actual base pay depending on various factors such as education, skills, experience, and location. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive, as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
