Senior Growth Marketing Analyst
The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst role at Block focuses on driving customer growth for Cash App and Afterpay. Embedded within the Growth Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, this position collaborates closely with marketing partners to develop and execute strategies that enhance user acquisition and engagement.
Key responsibilities include owning analytics and reporting across various growth marketing channels such as paid media, CRM, and referrals. The analyst proactively identifies performance trends and growth opportunities by analyzing audience, channel, campaign, and funnel data. Additionally, they guide the forward-looking growth strategy and marketing roadmap in collaboration with channel managers, design agentic workflows to automate routine reporting, and establish measurement methodologies for new experimental growth channels.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of related experience, a strong understanding of growth levers for consumer products, and proficiency in measuring app and web marketing performance. Essential skills include fluency in core growth metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention, the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Looker. An ownership mindset and enthusiasm for learning are also important.
