Doctolib is seeking a Senior Growth & Data Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team, which focuses on acquiring, converting, activating, and engaging healthcare professionals across France, Italy, and Germany. The Senior Growth & Data Analyst will be responsible for owning and evolving the analytics infrastructure, including the setup, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of tools such as BigQuery, Amplitude, and Metabase. Key duties involve developing and maintaining data pipelines in collaboration with the central Data team, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance, and utilizing AI agents like Claude Code for tasks such as writing SQL and setting up new integrations. Additionally, the role includes designing and managing targeting tools for CRM and paid campaigns, analyzing website performance to identify optimization opportunities, and building automated dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in digital analytics, growth analytics, or conversion rate optimization, with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BigQuery. Experience with AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code within VSCode, is essential. A solid understanding of performance marketing channels, including CRM, paid media, and website conversion, is required. Fluency in French and English is necessary, with German language skills considered a strong plus.
