Senior General Liability Attorney

Wilson Elser's Phoenix office is seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney to join their team. This role offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to work with prominent national clients and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals in a hybrid work environment.

The attorney will independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions. Responsibilities also involve close collaboration with other attorneys and partners, as well as direct communication and reporting to clients.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Arizona. A minimum of 8 years of defense litigation experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, transportation, and other civil litigation matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and client-facing experience is preferred. Legal project management experience and first-chair trial experience are advantageous.
