Senior General Liability Attorney

The Senior General Liability Attorney will independently handle a litigation caseload from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include trial preparation, conducting investigations, attending court appearances, mediations, and depositions. The attorney will collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners, ensuring effective communication with clients and providing regular case updates.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Texas. A minimum of 8 years in defense litigation is required, with experience in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Legal project management experience and first-chair trial experience are advantageous.
