Senior Fundraising Strategist

The role also involves designing and overseeing A/B testing plans to optimize fundraising efforts, analyzing engagement metrics to inform strategy, and researching nonprofit sector trends to refine Mozilla's grassroots fundraising initiatives.
Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in digital fundraising or digital campaigning, preferably within nonprofits focused on internet or consumer rights. Essential skills include excellent email writing abilities, experience managing large-scale email lists, proficiency with CRM and campaigning tools like Salesforce and Campaign Monitor, and a strong analytical mindset. The role requires a self-starter who can work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.
