Essential skills include excellent email writing abilities, experience managing large-scale email lists, proficiency with CRM and campaigning tools like Salesforce and Campaign Monitor, and a strong analytical mindset. The role requires a self-starter who can work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.
